The early bird registration deadline is 25th June, and for regular registration, 25th August, 2025.

Payment instructions
• When registering, choose the payment option “Invoicing by email, Paytrail”.
• You will receive a personal link to your invoice by e-mail. This might take a few days.
• Please pay the invoice at the Paytrail payment service. Payments are possible by most common credit cards.
• Once your payment comes through, the organisers will update your payment status in ConfTool. You will be able to print a receipt from ConfTool.
Additional Information
Please note that at least one author must register for the conference by 25th August, for the paper to be published in the ISPRS Annals or Archives. If this requirement is not met, the accepted submission will be removed from the UAV-g 2025 publication list. Additionally, please note that one participant registration can cover a maximum of two publications.
Visa invitation letters for the UAV-g 2025 conference will be available in ConfTool once your full conference registration fee has been received.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made by July 7, 2025 are eligible for a refund. However, an administrative fee of 100 euros will apply for cancellations. For cancellations between July 8 and August 9, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 9, 2025. However, transfer to another participant is allowed. All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the UAV-g 2025 organising committee at uavg2025@gmail.com.
