Hotel accommodation

We offer conference priced hotels in Espoo close to the conference venue and in Helsinki city center.

Hotel prices start at approx. € 115 per night to € 179 per night per person.

Below you will find a list of preferred hotels, available for participants of the UAV-g 2025. The rooms can be booked for the price indicated below. until 29 July 2025. After this date, all the rooms are no longer guaranteed for participants.

NOTE: Early booking is advised to guarantee hotel accommodation as the hotels have limited availability, preferably before 29 July 2025!
