Venue
The UAV-g event will be held in Dipoli, located in Otaniemi campus area, Espoo, Finland. It is within an easy 13 min metro ride from the capital Helsinki and its attractions.
Dipoli serves as the main building and conference center of Aalto University. Originally designed in 1966 by Raili and Reima Pietilä, Dipoli was created as a new university building for technology students. Rear more about Dipoli here

How to get there
The best way to reach Dipoli is by public transportation. We recommend using the HSL application for journey planning and tickets. Read more and download the app.
You can also use contactless payment.
The price for one ticket (valid for 80 min) is 3,20 €. There is also possibility to buy day tickets from the app. You will need zones A and B from Helsinki central to Otaniemi.
You can enter the metro and tram without showing your ticket. However, random ticket inspections are conducted on public transport from time to time, so please make sure to have your ticket with you and ready before boarding. If you use contactless payment, your debit or credit card serves as your ticket and must be presented to ticket inspectors when requested.
We recommend using public transport. There are approximately 50 customer parking spaces in front of Dipoli, and they are subject to a fee (the first three rows). Parking is chargeable from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00. All other spaces are reserved for Aalto University staff only.
From Helsinki city center
Metro
The easiest way to Dipoli is to take the metro towards Kivenlahti or Tapiola. The station for Otaniemi is Aalto-yliopisto, where you should go out from the main entrance (sisäänkäynti A, left from the metro doors, if you arrive from Helsinki direction). There is appr. 5 minute walk from the Aalto-yliopisto metro station to Dipoli. Metro runs around 05:20-23:30. After that, buses and trams are still running.
From Helsinki-Vantaa airport
Take the train P or I to Helsinki main railway station (Rautatientori) and change to the metro towards Kivenlahti or Tapiola.
